Dear Some Guy: Even your complexes have complexes. Apparently, no matter what you do you will still find fault with yourself. This is based on the first 30 minutes where you are over thinking every decision you make
But I do agree that people do need to get stuff done before they reward themselves.
Your thoughts fly around in your head in a way you can't control. That is definitely not a state of moderation. My whole point is you are way too good at seeing the sin and way too weak at seeing the positive.
I'm responding to the first 30 minutes because that's what I watched. When I look around, I don't think I'm seeing the same thing you're seeing. I can't think of one person I know who is doing too much self-care. (Well, if we're counting cats, I see 3. Lazy bones.)
Another way to think about the oxygen-mask metaphor is, it's telling people "If you are an able-bodied adult, then it's your job to take care of yourself. After that, it's your job to look out for those smaller and weaker than yourself." I think most people can figure out how to do this in a way that is reasonable and doesn't result in their children starving or bleeding out.

I think faster than I can talk and it is frustrating for all involved.

In my fat Irish head I was thinking of nineteen year old influencers but never said it out loud.
I think Freud said the Irish were the only people constitutionally impervious to psychoanalysis, or something to that effect.
Next week I will reveal this is incorrect but I am only one fourth
