I have incoherent and inconsistent thoughts on self-care which mostly devolve into a rant about people eating $700 square strawberries in Japan when they’re just nineteen year old Influencers. Also, as a culture we should all stop operating by the principle that everyone needs to operate under the airplane rules to take care of themselves first and that no, you are probably not a Hospice nurse unless you are an actual Hospice nurse.
